International 5-year limited warranty

Upon purchase of a new product, WorkiWay provides a warranty for a period of five years from the date of sale of the product to the end consumer.

The warranty covers only material and/or manufacturing defects and the lack of guaranteed characteristics.
In the event of a warranty claim, please bring the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

Repairs under the warranty will only be carried out by workshops or service stations authorised by WorkiWay.
The guarantee is only valid if the product has been used properly. The warranty does not cover, among other things
wear and tear due to use:

* improper use
* Partial or complete disassembly of the product
* damage caused by overloading the product, use of unauthorised, defective or inappropriate tools
* damage caused to the product
* forced use
* consequential damage resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance by the customer or a third party
* Damage caused by external influences or foreign bodies, such as improper adaptation
* damage due to non-compliance with the operating instructions

Warranty claims on products and/or accessories are only valid if they have been operated on systems that are intended or authorised for such use.
