The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders accepted by our company WorkiWay, they prevail over all other stipulations of the customer, whether they are written or not.

Our offers are only addressed to companies and the legal provisions specific to the sale to individuals are not applicable. The photos and texts on this website are indicative and may change at any time, and are not binding on our company. No error may give rise to a claim for damages.

Guarantee :
The products and materials offered on this site are guaranteed for a minimum of one year, unless an extended guarantee is stipulated. Some products are guaranteed for 5 years or more. Products guaranteed for life are not systematically replaced by identical products but by products with equivalent functionality. Of course, we cannot take into account the misuse of our products or the direct or indirect consequences of the use made of them. We will replace, repair or reimburse, at our discretion, the defective product during the warranty period.

Delivery :
Immediate processing of your order and a large stock enable us to guarantee rapid delivery in Europe subject to product availability and manufacture. This information, updated daily, is given as an indication according to the productions.

Returns :
Before any return, call us by phone or contact us by email to obtain an authorization number without which no return will be accepted. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging and with postage paid. WorkiWay does not accept any liability or claim for damages.

Prices :
As our offers are addressed to companies, all prices mentioned on our price lists are plus postage and VAT. Our prices are indicative and may change at any time without notice. Our company reserves the right to refuse an order if the prices have changed significantly. All our prices are expressed in Euro.

Retention of title :
The goods remain the property of our company WorkiWay until full payment of the sums due, and must remain in the state until their payment.

Payment :
The ordered products are payable upon receipt of the invoice and the goods. However, payment by bank transfer or pre-payment can also be requested if our company considers it useful, and this without discount.

Trademarks :
The trademarks mentioned WorkiMed, WorkiTech, WorkiFlex, ErgonoFlex are registered trademarks and are the direct property of our company WorkiWay. Our company recognizes the intellectual property rights of the manufacturers and suppliers presented on this site if they are not directly owned by our company.

Attribution of jurisdiction:
For any dispute relating to the execution of the contract between our company and the customer, only the Commercial Court of Brussels (Belgium) will be competent.
